He was already a short, light guy to begin, probably wasn't even 210 pounds at his fattest. Then he dropped like 50 pounds. I know he is a lot healthier and is at an "ideal weight" or whatever, but he looks sickly. And the stubbly no guard haircut makes him seem cancer ridden. He should grow his hair out. It's like when Penn Jillette lost all the weight. You're happy, but it looks like he's having a battle with AIDS and losing.
