This will get down voted because it's in defense of opie, which I can very rarely do... but I'm pretty sure he's just stealing Jimmy's amusing way of saying the days. I can't remember the last time Jim said it though, probably because opie over uses it.

Today he pronounced minge ( sounds like Minj ) minGGING , and he said it means something past it's time... It means cunt in the uk

whenever he says a day of the week, he never says the "day" part.
Example, he will say "mondy" or "saturdy"
