What always bothered me about Steve is what he admits to in this clip and others: he had dealt with conflict in the past by throwing it through brick walls, and having to spar with words in the professional world made him feel like a chump. I liked Steve a lot, but that trait really screamed "guy who wishes the world worked like high school" to me.
