I don't get the assumption here (show reddits in general, not this thread) that Ant has anything to gain by bashing Opie. How nonsensical is it that people are going to rush to subscribe just because he does. Sure the Greggshells episode was interesting for long time fans but there really was nothing damaging to come out of that from either of them. In the end it was more sad then anything.

As far how Ant chooses to spend his time or money outside of what is brought to the shows, WHO CARES!

But how many of those views turned into sub revenue? I don't know how the payment model for youtube videos works but those 200,000 views are probably worth more to his account than the new subs he gained.
