I just gave it a second watch. I just don't think you can fake that , theres too much subtly. She never hams up. As for your points, anyone could have got a raggedy ass office chair there either it was found on the street or they brought it from a home. I don't find your point about "apple 5" to be that compelling, in fact, its the absurdity of her saying that which makes it funny in large part, she doesn't really stare past him, her eyes dart around, often looking down. Also, why would he wait to highlight her out of the full length video if she was the set up interesting part? (The orig. full length had other less funny parts).. mostly, it just doesn't feel fake.
