If he did take a role behind the scenes and Fez's employment is made public the second Ron gets done saying "Hillard" the phones and twitter blow up with nothing but Fez questions and comments and it never stops. It would ruin everything.

Plus, (i dont want to call it a pay off) but they closed the book on the Fez story on Wednesday or Thursday of this week when they talked about how they finally put him on a one way flight to Florida and said their tearful goodbyes. If the whole thing turns out to be a lie then the whole arc is ruined.

I will say though there is one way Fezzies reintroduction would make me laugh - if some random day two weeks or two months from now they announce

Ron- "Todd Hillard is going to join the production staff, lets say hello to our new producer... the mic is yours Todd"

Todd (obviously in the middle of crying, meek and shallow) - :sigh, sniff: Hiya, buddies

Ron - Whats the matter buddy, ya locked up?

Todd - Just nervous is all.

This was a mildly cool thought about three weeks ago, when it was repeatedly suggested by everyone else.
