I can't believe people on here haven't picked up on what was meant by that.

NYC = Jewish Landlords. Landlord googles Anthony, and falsely believes the show to be anti-semitic. Landlord reneges on what was basically a finalized deal and tells them to fuck off. Anthony's already had trouble with one merchandise company, for similar reasons.
