My problem is just the fact that he's looked at as this sort of End all be all of entertainment. He is funny, Opie's show is way worse than O&A was and I get that, but TACS is horrendous, isn't getting any better, in fact it's getting worse.
Then they lie about Ron, then he's goes on the Opie rant, which while entertaining was clearing pandering for the small Reddit fan base that like I say would put a bullet in their brain for him.
Then the "studio" deal "falls apart" Sure, maybe it was an honest mistake, or maybe they're selling more snake oil. Because they seem to have sold some snake oil already.
Also listening to the TAC's with Jimmy on while Ant was sick right now, it's fucking bad, it's worse than O&J, and people are putting it on the mantle like it's god's newest gift to entertainment.
They were not rejected because the O&A show was "anti-landlord". This is a lie.
The whole plan was deemed way too expensive. They have been hemorrhaging subscriptions for months now. Anthony is not willing to risk his savings. Fact.

Much cheaper option B would allegedly allow them to broadcast from the city once a week.
The story he gave was that they were denied the lease they were going to sign on the basis that the show was 'anti-landlord'. There was no further explanation; only an avowal that they'd be looking for another space soon.
Needless to say, it was an explanation that explained nothing. We can only guess what actually happened.
He actually said that it was because of 2 old breaks from OnA where opie and sam talked about their creepy landlords, so the landlord said they were "anti-landlord." I don't think keith and ant are lying about looking for spaces, but i think they're lying about that reason for denial.
