Humbly disagree, sir. I stopped listening about 3-4 weeks ago, but in the time I stuck around, Opie never let the show go back to the meaner stuff. He actually said Ronnie B's humor was "too dark" and wondered if he could do 2 days back to back w/ him in studio. That's the craziest thing I've heard.

It's not worth my time typing this because you only hear or read what you want, but, the app is COMPLETE and submitted to apple. Unfortunately, this is the real world and things take time. Apple is known to take up to 3 weeks to approve an app, sometimes longer. I'm sorry Mommy never taught you patience.

The same can be said for the studio in the city. Apparently the deal fell through. If you've ever joined the real world and bought/leased property... deals fall through. That's life. You can't just take a residential apartment (which he already has) and make it a studio especially in a city as regulated as NYC. Not to mention I'm sure a landlord wouldn't be happy if he rented an apartment out to Keith and then found out they built a studio and had people coming in/out all day potentially making noise.
