so regarding the new studio. The company is building a brand new studio for a show that only is contracted for 5 more months? If they signed in October for 1 year that would mean they're making a new studio for 5 more months. That would have to mean these idiots signed a longer deal. ugh.

im pretty sure it was 2 years? i could be wrong.
Also if the show leaves, its not like the studio is no good anymore. they can move another show to the new studio and just change the sign

Plus we learned that the "Oqie Radio" signs are Velcro'd to the wall. It would be so easy to rip that shit down and bring in some celebrity to take over the spot.

It's not like they demolish a studio everytime they get rid of a show that previously used that studio.
