Since his acquittal in the Martin case, Zimmerman has had several brushes with the law:

He was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, battery and criminal mischief after his then-girlfriend said he pointed a gun at her face during an argument, smashed her coffee table and pushed her out of the house they shared. Samantha Scheibe decided not to cooperate with detectives and prosecutors didn't pursue the case.

Zimmerman was accused by his estranged wife of smashing an iPad during an argument at the home they had shared. Shellie Zimmerman initially told a dispatcher her husband had a gun, though she later said he was unarmed. No charges were ever filed because of a lack of evidence. The dispute occurred days after Shellie Zimmerman filed divorce papers. In January he was arrested for allegedly throwing a wine bottle at his girlfriend.

Zimmerman has also been pulled over three times for traffic violations since his acquittal.

Just because Obama is widely considered black doesn't mean that Zimmerman should be considered white. If anything it means that he's hispanic. The intent of portraying him as a white man is so plainly obvious, and the fact that his mug shot was literally brightened to affect his skin color just confirms it.

Not to get into semantic minutia, but "White" and "Hispanic" aren't mutually exclusive. That's why the U.S. Census doesn't break down its racial demographics as simply "White, Black, Hispanic," etc, it differentiates between Non-Hispanic Whites and Hispanic/Latino of Any Race. Just because someone has Spanish-speaking family/ancestry doesn't put them in the same category as...meh, let's just say George Lopez.

Basically, Zimmerman is Hispanic in the same way Louis CK is Hispanic. IE, for all intents and purposes white.
