Opie's new mansion, I guess, has cabinets in the bedroom that Opie wants to get rid of. Opie said they looked into things to try and sell them I am guessing, because they're expensive, and someone said something that made Opie say...and I am paraphrasing here, Kenny looked into it and blah blah blah. Kenny then came in studio and said he was told not to look into any farther so that he stopped, then Opie said what I posted above.

Vos brought Opie a check for the money he owes him from Opie help paying Vos and Bonnie for Women aren't funny(or whatever it's called).

Nothing but the amount was on the check, so in passing Vos said he didn't know if he should have put Opie's personal name or some other signature(sounded like a name of some company) on the check. Opie then told Vos to put Opie's name but Rich said for him to do it, and Opie got nervous and said shouldn't you? It should be in your handwriting. The whole studio, taken back by what a dumb ass he is, told him no.

i know i certainly wouldn't really know off hand, because i too haven't had a need to write checks. but opie is significantly older and he should have more experience with that.

and, let's face it, you might not know but thinking about it for just a few seconds it makes perfect sense that it doesn't require vos' handwriting.

It was pretty clear to me that Rich had wrote a check out for the amounts owed and interest but didn't put a name on it. Opie was concerned that if there was two different types of hand writing on it the bank would find it fishy...
