So sirius fired Anthony, split a small portion of his salary between the two remaining hosts. Use another small portion to make new studio. Pocket remaining money. Got it...
It let them introduce "Bennington" to the O&A audience. Maybe it was their way to trick Opie to doing one less day so they can cross-promote their new content. Makes sense since management knew they were getting rid of Fez.
They'll renovate it so when the Opie and Jim brand gets mercifully flushed next year they can offer a mostly new studio as an incentive to whoever is younger and better.
looks like it's the same studio just redesigned... still a tiny little room and they can't have an audience anyway so it doesn't really matter. It's not like they are going to suddenly be able to do live video broadcasts and skype interviews.
Not to rain on Opie's parade but didn't they always want a bigger studio? It looks like they are just redoing the current one. Also, this doesn't look like they will be moving him into Howard's studio when he leaves.

His wife made him, she needed those 30 pieces of bling for some Monolo shoes.
Psshhhhh You expect her to be an independent woman and earn her own cash? why else would she marry a geriatric?

Soon they will move a higher profile show there, and move him out.

And work one less day.
1 blackirishlad 2015-04-30
would that be to the detriment of the company? they still have to pay the same for 4 days a week as they would 5, don't they?

And a hole-ish looking woman on twitter says:
And management is happy.
And Opie is Pagliacci.

These Tweets are absolutely being written up by management or Opie's other paid cohorts. That Tweet is too cringeworthy to be a real human.
