His failing podcast- Most casual listeners have jumped ship by now, leaving him with only sycophants and hardcore fans. He just doesn't have enough funny in his show to gain more subs or even keep the ones he has. Sure he will still make a great living from his original fan base, but his content isnt good enough to hit big numbers.
His character's destruction- Nobody thought Anthony was a saint on earth before all this, but most thought he was a stand up guy. After the whining about how he was Opie's bitch for 20 years, he looks more like a crybaby who has no spine, even when his girl is disrespected repeatedly. His "greggshells" video was a huge blow, it showed how classless he is. Making an attention seeking video in order to get a few subs, people can understand the "Human Garbage" angle to all this.
Dysfunctional Relationships- Anthony is far too much of a manchild to process even the most simple of emotions. He doesn't know how to treat women, so he only attracts gold diggers. He says things that a college freshman would say in his dorm like "i don't believe in love". Being in these awful relationships is a huge stress factor.
