So a guy goes into the washroom and waits in an unlocked door (I don't see any locks inside the door), and waits a whole shift (bar owners are quite busy i'll assure you they don't have time to spare) to try and watch girls pee when there is another door that blocks the girls sight from the guy? It doesn't add up. A more plausible scenario is the guy had some wacky mirror that showed a face behind it . he should take it down only because its clear that people are uncomfortable and he is showing really bad taste in not respecting that and in fact people might go and hide behind it now that its a big store, but I wouldn't think he would. And apparently people have been upset for a while, but there is zero evidence this guy did anything like your saying. A way over the top reaction.
