Doug talks about weed like I did when I was 16. I grew out of being such a pot nerd around 18, I don't get how Doug hasn't yet. It's so embarrassing. Don't get me wrong, I still smoke, but it doesn't define who I am.
This show has all these comics that I don't really mind overall and wouldn't be opposed to hearing maybe an hour or two a month. However, Opie is clearly flopping on the deck when it comes to providing content so he brings these guys to third mic for like, 10 hours a week for no pay. If you need a third mic, cough up some of that juicy Ant-money and hire one. Don't just bring in the D-listers you've got no chemistry with to prattle on aimlessly.
Does he really think that 10 hours a week of one-note and shallow comics like Florentine and Doug Benson is good raqio or is he just committed to limping to the show finish 4 times a week?
