He had to be the boss because Anthony was unwilling, so I don't understand why anyone's surprised that people dislike those in charge of them. And if you take a look at Anthony you can see a trail of relationships he's destroyed, too.

My supervisor and i get along great. Just like most other people have had ones theyve liked. Some bosses are assholes and some bosses are easy to get along with. The really good ones are able to effectively manage as well as be likeable.

i'd say you could calm down based on that quote. he didn't make it sound all that terrific. big fights happen when you are in close proximity with someone constantly. it got resolved.

it would be more telling if there were many more smaller ones and they weren't resolved. i think that might have been the case with ant.

the problem this subr has is they dont care about anything Jim said afterwords. They just say, Opie fought with Jim. even though Jim said its been resolved.

It's really all just speculation at this point. I think we're going to have to wait for Opie to get divorced to see him really unravel. Then we'll find out how much of what we all hate can be attributed to his general mental state and how much to the people who surround him.
