Some of those really are irritating things but they aren't all exclusive to women. Like you pointed out, being told to calm down is something everyone deals with. The other ones are dumb. If a woman has her tits out then she shouldn't go all crazy that people tell her she's distracting. Saying that a girl does something well for a girl isn't terrible either.
