I've been a loyal fan since 2007 and found this subreddit about 3 months after Ant's firing. Was thinking there is no way other fans aren't discussing how awful the show is now. Guess finding this site is the one funny thing that's come from the new toilet of a show. Sorry for the backstory, but it's the reason I wouldn't know the following question:
When he was doing the show, did Patrice get attacked like some of the other comics on this subreddit? He's great and seems to get more respect here than anyone else is offered. But was there a time he was getting smashed like Soder, Florentine, Sherrod, etc do now? Or did he always get a pass here?

I've love for someone to explain to me why Patrice sucks. He's basically my favorite person so I'd like to see the other side, I just can't imagine it. I remember Only 2 shows where I got annoyed at him. 2/145 or whatever is pretty good I'd say.
