I'm not saying it's a work, but it's a work.

These guys have known, over a twenty year career, how to get media attention. I think the recent events appear well too calculated to just be an eventual blow-up that occurred.
Come on, an immediate Newsweek article about a duo from a radio show that's been defunct for nearly a year? Both shows are not nearly bringing in the attention that O&A did in their heyday. The points mentioned conveniently echo Reddit and Twitter sentiment that's been posted for months between the "Greggshells" moniker and Opie not standing up enough for his partner.
Not only do the recent events work for publicity, it also quells some hate against Opie and Jim now that those sentiments are in the open. They both leave open the possibility of working together again and this is simply a bump in visibility until contracts expire.

"and idiot" nice one fuckface. Make sure your shit is free from stupidity before calling someone AN idiot.

Nope. This isn't pro wrestling. Every time something happens in radio that captures your attention, doesn't mean it's a fucking work.

I said the same thing a few days ago in a different thread. Could be.

Yeah, apparently the concept is too perplexing for these non-marketing neckbeards to comprehend. Downvote city for even suggesting.
