Is it true SXM even had a problem with Ant's racial rants?

A huge part of me just doesn't buy it. Management never listened to the show and it was never mentioned either on-air or off-air by anyone else about them being the slightest concerned at all. And it's not like SxM were receiving countless emails or bags of letters from offended listeners. Is this just a legend speculated by sub-Redditor's and the message boards? or is this just one of many many many lies Opie decided to spread after Ant's firing?

I'm sure they did care. Anthony has never been flat out racist on O&A IIRC, he always just said stuff like "There's a problem with crime in the black community.". Some listeners called in and complained, so it wouldn't shock me if SXM were bothered by it.

If SXM had a problem with them, they would have brought it up it in the firing statement.
