when I listen to old content the entire time I'm just thinking "Ant is just so damn impressive to catch all these awkward hail mary style comments from Opie. Opie would literally say something like "Oh man and you know that I'm all in with the bubble baths" and like a machine built for converting statements into punchlines he started working away at it. I think Opie is a decent % of why Ant is such a comedic beast.

He has so much practice spinning straw into gold. I am in awe of Ant, Jimmy and other guests, mainly Patrice, because they took Opie's blunt, banal "setups" and made gold out of that straw.

Somehow Opie is sitting there like a rotten hockey player watching Gretzky, Lemiuex and Gordie Howe turn his terrible passes into goals and smugly sitting back and congratulating himself. "Assists are points, too!"

Not even an assist, but a drooling retard whacking away at his home goal while congratulating himself on how expensive his hockey stick is.
