You can open the console settings of your browser (chrome, Firefox, etc) and tweek the things you see on the screen. But only the person who changed it will see it.

Someone uploaded this about an hour ago. I went and checked the image and in that tweet he had spelled "hate" correctly, unlike here. I don't know what that means, but I do hope this is true. I don't believe it unfortunately, if it stayed up for over half an hour, we'd have it confirmed about 1000 times by now.
