I have no doubt that you have all of this planned out, but please do not put anything in motion that will reunite you and Opie.

At this point, nobody wants Opie at all. You have to stay the course of putting that guy behind you at all costs. If you go back to that, it's no better than trying to go back to an old girlfriend, thinking it will work this time. You will be going back to the same old 'HOLD ON' when you are in the middle of an interesting point.

Please. Burn that bridge to the ground and never look back. You are the talent. You are honest. You have principles. You interact with fans at more than a superficial level.

You are the show.

Disagree. Despite all the recent excitement around here, I'd STILL take the O&A show over anything else.

I have, and do. In fact, I'm almost finished with 2013 now. The last two years were good not great, but still better than anything we have now or anything we will get in future.

You completely misunderstand the situation. It will never go back to the O&A show. It will be OpieRadio with Jim and Anthony.

It will be a neutered, milquetoast, Anthony crawling back and submitting to his master.

Opie will be the predominant voice. Anthony will chime in when he can, much like Jimmy now, and get no real interaction.

You're far overestimating Opie's ability to carry a show. Jimmy does not "chime in when he can", he carries the current show with no help whatsoever. If they were to re-unite as O&A, not this fantasy OpieRadio feat. Ant and Jim Show (an idea that would never even get off the ground), things would fall right back into place with Anthony and Jim completely dominating.
