Someone make a compilation of OP threatening to leave Sirius, this will help Ant in crushing him.

He pretty much threatened to not re-sign every 3 months from probably as far back as '02.

Ant doesn't need the help to verbally destroy Opie

Has Opie ever backed up any of his bullshit or responses with specific instances or proof? His responses are always vague and he does not have the capacity to be honest.

It was at least once a week at one point.

And by week, you mean day. Starting up every contract year about 3 months before.
And the fact that they (at least anthony) never received more money through Opie's "obvious bluff" just means that he was willing to kill all comedy show momentum just to bitch. He was more than willing to put out a mediocre product for the listeners and make the staff nervous just to squeeze out a few more thousand.

That will only help Opie. That was a brilliant negotiating technique that served them both VERY well.. TRUST ME! Opie is a businessman. PS.. Howard invented complaining about the company he works for on air and threatening to leave after his contract is up.. hoo hoo.

Add all of the clips of Opie saying podcasting is the future.

opie always imagined it being HIS podcast, not shared with anthony. that was his big dream this whole time. now he doesn't see the need.

Add his HATRED of management as well. If Opie can even get his mouth off managements cock to reply.

That's great. People were on their side when we got tired of this rehashed dogshit. I even discussed it one of Richard Hatred's videos, and one of Torpid Sloth's superfantards conveniently ignores it, calling me a stalker. Won't debate, just use every hacky sycophant tactic.
I'm just surprised none of these faggots see the comments in the Louis CK/Patrice O'Neal videos. No one is sucking up to the Torpid Sloth there. And this was before the firing!

Here's a couple others. OP should edit these.

He once said 'I'll be out of radio before I have kids'.
Then Bam got Lynsi preggers, I wonder how the staff felt at that announcement given how vehemently Opie insisted he was leaving.
Isn't that partially why WackBag had a huge fucking countdown every time contracts were up?

I remember having just discovered the show in like 2010/2011, towards the 3rd month of 2011 being bummed because they kept threatening not resigning in october or september (around then). I just found this hilarious thing and it's gonna be gone in basically a year of listening?
Of course nothing ever came of it, because Opie is a fucking lying piece of shit who needs to prop himself on the shoulders of giants while simultaneously threatening to cut off their heads. What a fat titted manchild, who intimidates people into liking him with his platform for exposure while making the cohosts, who know better, feel some sense of obligation. "Oh, I WAS the one who found Jimmy. I was the one who found Ant." So they feel indebted to you for their beginnings, as they should to some degree. But really it's like thanking your old cancer if you wound up meeting your future wife in a cancer ward; you should still get it taken out, even if it's the only reason for meeting the love of your life.

The cancer analogy is surprisingly spot-on.

They made a bit out of it a few years ago. They ended up going a week past their "deadline" then said they signed 2 months ago.

Jason Ellis casually listened to O and A, and he thought they were quitting. Patton Oswalt told them he had a great idea for them after contract ends. Maria Menounos and her husband had advice for the show moving on too. Any casual listener was under the impression Opie was through when contract ended. It was bullshit. Period.
