I never understood why he always shaves his head

he's a dysmorphophobic ocd freak. he has cowlicks and thinks they look way worse than they do. he even said once that he had a psychiatrists note in school that allowed him to wear a hat.

I always thought that was one of the weirdest parts of Jim. Bob Kelly seems legit bald so I get that.

Also, why does Burr shave his head? He looks like Gollum when he does that. I know his hairline isn't where it once was but that ginger looks reasonably handsome when he lets it grow in
