Opie address the real issue

No where in his facebook or twitter responses does he address the #1 question we all want answered.

What did he do to try and get Anthony back? Did he do anything? No more "Of course I did" bs answers, tell us what you did!

He met up with the philly crew and they all rollerbladed to the beach for sunset pictures and gay sex

Since Opie isn't finished his transition, is he still considered a dude?

He did nothing to save Anthony. I wouldn't be surprised if he told management that, "it's your call."

The only things Opie fought for after the firing were replays and podcasts. More specifically, all Classic O&A bits to be played and controlled by SXM.

Why? Because it benefits him. People being able to hear classic O&A keeps them on the channel - which justifies his obscene salary.

He never lifted a finger to help Anthony out in the wake of the firing.

It's 200 Riverside Boulev......oh, sorry. I misread the thread title.

Heart of Huntington?

Oh wow. You guys are freaks.

He is wallowing in vagaries because he at a minimum didn't do anything or even lobbied for the firing. Opie was jubilant when Ant got fired. You can hear in the Grape Fight how Opie didn't like Ant's politics or personality and resented him in 2009. You can hear how Opie has always resented Ant for becoming more popular than him and even wanted to walk from the show in 1999.

Opie isn't giving details because there are no details to give. He's such a pathological liar but he knows he can't even lie here. Nobody would believe it and they would quickly get exposed by Ant and Jim.

Who gives a shit? Even if Ant didn't deserve to get fired he was more than familiar with the potential consequences of what he did and he put his co-hosts and his staff's jobs at risk.

He absolutely is a raving, stupid racist.

But did you see how fast he was fired though? SiriusXM put absolutely no thought into what they did outside of "Oh shit gawker is mad, make it stop."

You'd think 9 or 10 years with the company would bring some job security, but nope. Not even a "Give him an episode to explain his side of the story."

And over those 9 or 10 years, fans like us saw his racist rants getting less veiled and more intense, and we all knew it was a matter of time before he brought negative attention to himself. You don't think SXM saw it coming as well? They gave him leeway to express relatively radical opinions over the years that no other media company would allow, and it finally caught up to him.
