If you're in your40s, very obese, have diabetes, aren't doing much to change, have doctors telling you if you don't stop your gonna have. Stroke and die, I wouldn't say that's great foresight, just basic awareness

He was diabetic and his doctor(s) told him he needed to take care of himself or die and he simply chose not to take care of himself. He didn't foresee anything, he unfortunately manufactured his own death.

He alludes to his failing health often, by Patrice #90 he mentions the eye thing, that he woke up and couldnt see out of one of his eyes. It is quite ominous considering what happened... he was just about to make it big
