That was Jay Mohr making a joke about how Louis CK and Gervais were dominating the conversation and blowing over everyone. So when Opie gets a question in, Mohr demolishes him ironically.

Opie is the fucking definition of dead weight. If you isolate everything he says here: its either repeating what someone else just said then laughing like he said it first, adding complete non-sequiters to derail the conversation, playing hacky sound effects, or mumbling unintelligibly. You could replace him with a sack filled with dog shit and it would do a better job.
Remember when on some jocktober they just made a montage of isolated audio of the hole to prove how useless she is? Boy I'd sure smile if someone had time to do the same with our pal Gregg
