He's calling the last Royal Rumble, a universally shat upon Rumble that had a rogue crowd that booed the winner and The Rock out of the building and this putrid Road to Wrestlemania as "great." Any wrestling smark would call both these things something like "duds" or "the drizzling shits."
I understand he wants to stay in the WWE kingdom, but nobody in honesty could term the last 3 or 4 Rumbles and this build to Wrestlemania as "great." Even a charitable, political evaluation would have to be something like, "adequate but sadly underwhelming."
