Yes she is a smelly, fat, awful little turd of a creature, but this seems somewhat drastic (?)

Will her brain bubble and melt like a pizza roll left in the microwave too long? Will she come out the same?

She probably misunderstood the doctor. ECT is a last ditch treatment for things like bipolar and mania and severe personality disorders. It's a pretty serious thing to do as a medical treatment. As far as anyone knows, she's never been under heavy treatment for any personality disorders, so she's either scamming the system to get better benefits (I can only imagine if you get ECT and it doesn't work, you're gonna get a 100% free ride from SS and such), or someone is scamming her.

If Dr. Steve is around, you know anything about this?

I think she is talking about electrical muscle stimulation because she was talking about it being done to her leg or some shit... not actually having ECT done on her brain.
