The other day he spoke about waking up gasping for air, robbed of tranquility, only grabs mere minutes of sleep before he is thrusted to an agitated awaken state in a complete and utter panic!
Jimmy thinks all of his sleep problems are from breathing issues. He lacks any mental completeness, mental peacefulness. He must fall asleep and voices start screaming at him "!!!! ALL YOUR FRIENDS ARE ROCKETING PAST YOU !!!!"
Jim needs to work on letting his actual mind rest.
