I was listening to old clips with Louie and noticed this ironic tidbit where Opie encourages the exact behavior as this subreddit, and the guys discuss that if people don't like the show they will stop listening.

Vintage Opie at the end of that clip. A caller reminds Opester of a funny line he said. Obvisouly Ant, Vos, Louis, or Jimmy do not laugh at all.

Starts around 2:37, also interrupts a good Steve bashing by Ant and Jim.
