You really think Sirius would pay him? Also, there isn't enough money in the world to tie yourself to a dying show with Opie as the focal point. You would have more success and enjoyment hitching your career to Todd Pettengill.

Corolla has the power of jewness. It's would be his show within 6 months. Opie would be demoted to intern until his contract is up.

Carolla's podcast gets the same level of guests and comedians as O&J do. Also at this point I'd say more people listen to his podcast than listen to O&J on SiriusXM so I can't imagine he'd consider leaving his own network he built and is making good money on to work at SiriusXM at 6AM on the other side of the country.

It's not even that - within an hour or two of their first time on air, Carolla would call Opie out on one of his lies or say "Stop interrupting me, dude, let me finish", and Opie would get a sand dune in his vagina, and walk off the show.

Adam put a huge middle finger in the face of radio with his podcast, I don't think he's in a huge rush to go back and work for the kind of people he hates. He's doing really well, it's been covered in he press how well financially his podcasts are doing - don't forget, he does more than one, and has several income streams, like his alcohol sales, book sales, now he's got this movie...he's doing just fine, he doesn't need to chain a lead sloth around his neck and take shit from the asshole management at Sirius.

Adam is everything Opie wants to be. No way he does a show with someone who has already proved that he's better than Opie. Plus, after Opie's rant, and his discussion of it with Ant, you know he thinks Opie is a fucking psycho.

Edited to add: You need to listen to Adam's show. He gets pretty much the same guests Opie does, and a lot that Opie doesn't, and it's a better interview with Adam pretty much every time. Adding Opie to the mix would add nothing positive.

What would Adam possibly gain from doing that? Also he wouldn't put up with Opie's constant bullshit. He would call him out on the shit, not ignore it like the paycheck keeidd.

Considering how successful he's been at building his own media empire it would be pretty funny if they gave Howard Stern's show to Corolla at the end of his contract.

Loveline and O&A were both shows that feature the pairing of a funny guy and an unfunny guy. unfortunately the funny guy from Loveline isn't funny anymore. Dr Drew & Anthony would be a way better show

I think many of you on here love anyone that's not Opie. Adam Carolla sucks. He isn't funny, but the simple fact that he isn't Opie gives many of you erections.

Why would Adam Carolla do that when he could easily go back to working with Jimmy Kimmel and have a bigger audience?

Carolla is fucking awful. He's somehow worse than Opie. No thanks.
