Are you fucking KIDDING ME?! Roland discussing sensitivity? He's an absolute untouchable on that show. He never gets mocked when he's a petty, vindictive, grotesquely obese food junkie who is very likely a closeted and deeply ashamed homosexual, or perhaps even more horrifically, a pedophile. He's an utter disgrace and failure as a human being. But he whines and cries and likely snitches to Human Resources (I've heard rumors that he is an HR snitch, utterly abominable if true, should be fired if that is the case) so he never gets mocked.
The guy is a 400 pound punching bag and the show never lays a finger on his fat, mumbling monkey ass. Despicable.
