I'm taking this with a big grain of salt. But if Colin is indeed doing something with Anthony then I'm not sure where the negativity in here comes from. Yeah, it won't be like the old days, nothing ever is. But it's still Colin Quinn, and he's the furthest thing from a hack. If he's gonna create something it's gonna be good, guaranteed.
Why couldn't it be just as good, if not better? Colin has matured and grown so much comedically since tough crowd. Watch any monologue from that show and then look at his standup now. He's just better...way, way better. Same with norton, vos, bawby...and basically everyone who was on that show not named dat phan or denis leary. Bring in guys like big jay, kurt, sherrod, the skanks and you have a solid replacement of guys like patrice and giraldo that passed on. It would be hard for this show to not work provided it can be logistically organized.

It's funny to see people shit talking what Ant's building and saying that nothing they say is coming has come to fruition. TACS has been around for 6 months. They added someone to run the tricaster. They hired someone to run the phones. They had a poker tournament. They are currently doing the most offensive song contest. These are all things they said they were going to do, and did. The app and nyc studio are both happening. Sorry but for only being running for 6 months, they have done a lot.

He wasnt going to get guests out to his house, well, he has. He wasnt going to get sponsors. He has.
The show is not perfect yet, but its definitely worth the sub, and its just icing on the cake watching it evolve and that every week it becomes smoother, and that they are trying to do big things with it.

It was only cancelled because faggots at the NYT called it flat-out "racist", and because faggots at Comedy Central listened to them. As Jimmy explained, they started getting notes from the top to avoid anything to do with race. It might not have been an unprecedented success, but it held its own very well. Then the queebs and the quays had to have their cunty little moral victory over ...whatever evils they like to fantasize about personally vanquishing.
