He would be a laughing stock and it would ruin his career. He's a comic, suing anyone over a 'speech' issue would border on professional suicide from my point of view. Most of the things people are saying are completely ludicrous as well, it's clearly hyperbole and unfounded.
Truth be told, it was about to go away before he reached out to Anthony to try and make it stop. He just added fuel to the fire, he should have reached out to him before he piled on in a public forum.

Plus he's fucking broke. Him using a Coke machine is like a normal person buying a Mercedes. Even a ghetto shyster with a billboard on the side of a Boost Mobile store won't take a "dudes on the internet have a running joke about me" case on contingency.
