Perfect co-host?? I'm a huge fan of Anthony's, and I would most certainly not be a TACS subscriber if it featured DeRosa on a daily basis.

I know we're all on the hate patrol against DeRosa now but he would have been a good co-host.

Prior to DeRosa blowing up the friendship and making himself look like a jackass for nearly a year, weren't these guys friends? Didn't they go to movies, comedy shows, bars? Didn't DeRosa go to Ant's house and hang out a lot? It seemed like they were genuine friends. He makes good sense as a co-host. His wiggerish, bleeding heart liberalism would have offset Ant's swaggering, alcoholic borderline White Nationalism.

Yes, Joe would go hang out at Ant's house. Why wouldn't he? Joe loves to ride coattails and be a hanger-on. I remember one particular episode of "Live From the Compound", I think it was around Memorial Day (could be totally wrong), and Joe was on. It was horrible. Joe really only contributes when he's being shit on.

Sadly, I think the ideal cohost for Anthony would be Jimmy.

If by "perfect co-host" you mean "worst co-host on the planet" then yeah you have a point there.

ADDING: I know that sounds like a snarky response so I'll say this - I always thought DeRosa stunk and was way out of his league with the other comics on O&A. Not funny, no interesting opinions, nothing. That's why I'm enjoying this roasting he's getting on here.
