What really happened? The two no longer got along and Opie saw Ant's firing as a chance to rid him from his life and do a successful radio show without him. If Ant wanted to stay, why didn't he call Opie or Jimmy and say something like hey I don't want to go anywhere else, I want back on the show. But Anthony said as soon as the shit went down, that he was not going to apologize and he did not want to go back if that's what he had to do. I agree. Hard to tell if Opie was not going to re-sign. He said today he was ready for something else but I think they all would've preferred to stay on in the long run.
