Gregg "Opie" Hughes is a weak, hypocritical, talentless, greedy, scheming, sociopathic, moronic, cucky, vindictive, morning zoo cunt. I will never listen to his voice again.

I have now lost all respect for Opie, I am done. Jim has 12 months (I'm being nice here) to leave the show or I'm done with him too. It's only going to be Nopie shows, The Anthony Cumia Show and The Jim Norton Show for me from now on. Opie's undeniably a hack who would be presenting some morning zoo bullshit for peanuts if it wasn't for Anthony. He should have walked. If that means buying out his own contract then so be it, he has millions in the bank anyway. Another network would have picked them up or they could have gone independent like Ant has. In spite of all other options, Opie has chosen to be a cunt. He has turned his back on the O&A fan base and deserves every bit of hate he gets. Lindsay got bammed ya cocksucka, how do ya like them apples? If Opie ever walks into my workplace I will shit in his burger and give him a pisscum soda. Dopie Greggshells Preying Mantits.... YOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUU'RRRRRREEEEEE FIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRRREEEEEDDDDD

This was basically a no-lose situation for Opie. He wanted to do his own show to prove to everybody that he is as talented as Anthony and can be successful on his own. He's more than a board op. So Anthony gets fired, Opie doesn't really put up much of a fight for him, and then he re re-signs and establishes "Opie Radio." Now, if the show is a failure (entertainment wise it already is) and management realizes it's shit and they don't sign the Opester for another contract he can say "The show was very successful considering that I was put in an extremely difficult situation and had to change the format and try to get our asshole listeners on board with something totally new." He is protected from his failure by the fact that Anthony was "unexpectedly" fired. If management really does like this new corn-ball morning zoo radio and they re-sign Opie and Paycheck Norton to another contract, Opie will declare himself a success and say that he proved to all the "haterz" he is a brilliant radio personality. If Opie quit 5 or 10 years ago to pursue a career on his own he would have at least been demonstrating some courage and been putting his success or failure on his own shoulders.

Even if it fails and don't get new contract he's still getting millions, with minimum effort
