Urgh, this couldn't have been said in a more jokey, who gives a fuck way.

I listened to yesterday's show, first time I've tuned in since Aug. (My entire hour drive into work, couldn't find the fucking Ant discussion, ugh) They're talking about novelty gifts, and he does this classic "look at me" set up: "I failed at the novelty gift." (Nothing) "I failed at the novelty gift, I couldn't get a Chia Pet to work." (Nothing; finally Sam has to chime in: "What happened to the Chia Pet?") Like he has to drop his amazing set up there, and then bait someone into asking him about it so he can expound on its hilarity. "My son is looking at me like 'what the fuck is wrong with you?'" Yeah, because he knows what a Chia Pet is.

I can't tell how much of it is legit regression from him into basically a cast member of The View, or how much of it this sub has highlighted, but he is fucking unlistenable. I don't know how he has a job, I don't know how he got re-signed. He has ZERO comedic timing, ability, comprehension whatsoever. It's baffling to me that he's been on the air this long, around THAT caliber of talent and that amount of funny people and gleaned absolutely nothing from any of it. Fucking unbelievable. What a waste of talent having Norton on there, he's like a majestic bird with his wings clipped. Terrible. I don't know who the fuck is still listening to this show. (Besides management, obvs)
