No. A "feud" between them is only of interest to people who are already into the show. It's not going to bring in new people.

He kicked a dog to death. That wasn't a bit. What else do you need to know? It used to be brought up in a joking manner, but I think it's been at least five years since I've heard the Chester story. Guessing he shut it down because of his wife or something. Not sure, but anybody who kills a dog by kicking it for eating his steak should at least be viewed as a waste of life.

edit: I haven't been listening, you are correct. I just catch clips here and there since the divorce. And I'm not saying that that is currently the situation that is happening. I'm just saying that, even if they sat down and completely remedied any negativity between them, I could see them playing up a feud as a bit. I'm sure tons of their content that seemed spontaneous were pre-planned bits; why not play up a potential conflict for subs. I can see the 'I'm with the Opster' t-shirts already.

Or maybe I'm just a fucking moron.

I don't blane you bc you admitted to not listening a lot. Opie is incapable of pulling that off and the feud is real. Crazy part is that they both admit it's based on nothing. Opie is a sociopath with no talent or friends who lucked into millions. That is a recipe to create a person who cannot be dealt with in a rational way. That's why Ant and Jim rarely do it bc it only prompts more insane lies.
