When TACS becomes a bigger show who if anybody from the O and J staff would you want to see change ships?

Sam - He gets a lot of unwarranted hate imo.He made jocktober what it was AND shows up Opie on air.Plus him doing a Scorch type situation would break this site.
Erock - He's loyal but if he did leave I think the whole "your fat" thing wouldn't last with Ant now
Jim - He's a traitor fuck imo but it would piss off Opie
You can include previous staff members before the split

this would be great. he's the smartest man in the room on O&J and Ant needs someone to bounce off of that isn't a retired cop.

Jim isn't a traitor fuck. You have to understand, this is a guy who looks at his friends, like Louis and Burr, and sees them not only passing him career-wise, but LAPPING him.
He sees another friend die WAY before his time in Patrice.
And then he looks in the mirror at himself, and the only people that he's keeping pace with are Vos and Bob Kelly.
I don't blame him for taking a paycheck and trying to grasp mainstream appeal, but alot of his audience comes from the fact he's more piss-stream than mainstream. He's in a tough spot and he's a funny guy and now he's stuck with "You ever really think about wodder? Like really THINK about water..."

Very well said. I love Jim, and I think he is in the toughest spot of all of them oddly enough, but he isn't such a baby boy that he will whine about it or make it obvious to everyone.

It won't become a bigger show. Sad but true.

Especially when you have so many other podcasts that are free and better than Anthony's.

Ant. Is just not that famous, the sum of its parts...

But depending on subs it might become a more profitable one, at least for Ant and a certain sweet boy he could cut into the profits.

TACS will never be the bigger show. It can be the better show but it won't get bigger. O&J still have be chuck of O&A plus casual listeners not wanting to pay another 7 bucks a month for just Ant. He really should have his show as audio only free on iTunes, that could get new listeners easier. 1hr best of isn't enough and franky I've listened to some of them, I wouldn't subscribe based on them.
The casual listeners and random sirius listeners in cars are the biggest difference.

Jimmy is the only person I would care about seeing on TACS. You're wrong about it not getting bigger. When they land the studio space in the city and start adding more programs.. etc. You're overlooking the amount of $$$ they are sinking into TACS network. Up to this point they have spent ZERO $$ on any kind of advertising. They have solely relied on Ant's fanbase from O&A. When things start kicking into gear with all that is on the horizon.. it's inevitable that the show and the network / channel are going to pick up more viewers. If and when they have to spend money on advertising.. forgot about it.. a couple decent and well placed ads will help the show increase in popularity. He's been only really doing this for 6 months now, I think in time it's going to far more successful than people are willing to believe.

That's a good point with the advertising, I just think it's tough to get people who don't know who you are to subscribe for 7 bucks a month for just your show. I have no problem paying it because I'm a huge O&A fan, but maybe someone who used to listen or never did wouldn't be as apt, although I hope so.
In time though, I hope they get back together, so honestly I hope it's not that successful haha

You'd be fucking retarded not to want Jim. The only person with similarly great chemistry with Ant was the late Patrice O'Neal. And besides, the show needs a second mic. Keith and Rat fucking blow.

I so miss that off-mic wheeze laugh Jim would do when Ant said something truly atrocious and funny. The best was probably after "I should have had a physical! Physical!"

Been said before but yep, Travis. And of course Jimmy.

None of them. They're all unfunny losers.
If you can bring Steve C back from the dead maybe.

As much as I like Erock I feel like he'll do fine staying with Sirius XM. He already has a show of his own which is doing alright. Erock's as talented a producer as Sam, and twenty times more likable than that weasel.
1 nazicumfarts 2015-02-11
Erock is the only one who doesn't piss me off. So Erock.

TACS will never be bigger and you're delusional if you think this.
