This sub is just hitting the bargaining stage

Not at all. This sub hit the bargaining stage about 24 hours after Ant was fired. Everybody here was pondering "How can this show still work?" or "Maybe they'll just be split up for a month-long suspension" or "Hey! SiriusXM customer service just told me while I was canceling my service that the Brass are getting the boys back together because we all complained so much!"

It's pretty much over with at this point. We're just mocking the ex because of how much weight she's put on.

The split has really solidified the belief that Ant was carrying the show. I don't think most people want to see O&A get back together anymore. Ant is crushing it solo. He's like the Justin Timberlake of radio and Opie is Joey Fatone a fat washed up has-been.

Take that back right now, scumbag

Ant's not really "crushing it". He has good shows and bad shows. Give it a few more months to see if he's "crushing it".

You either have horrible taste, extremely low standards for entertainment or brain damage if you think Ant is "crushing it solo"

The reason the sub stays together is a lot more than the 5 Stages of Loss account for. This sub being abandoned means, for most of us, we have no one to obsess about the old show with. Uncle Paul, "it's a puppet, not a doll," and hundreds of other things just die away from slow memory loss in each of our respective brains if we decide to stop talking about the show in some capacity. There's nothing else I can make such obscure references about in my entire life, and people actually understand them here.

Plus, the fact that Opie is hated adds a wrinkle to this that most loss doesn't have. It'd be like if some mother died in childbirth and the kid grew up to be an asshole. So the thing that came out of this unfortunate death is just shit.
