So Florentine's faux stud persona is (justifiably) ridiculed, and yet Opie is expected to refrain from anything that does not align with that horseshit fake image of masculinity? Should he have replied with a steak recipe because that's what real men eat?
That wouldn't be so bad if he actually was in good shape. Its so much more hilarious when people eat dog shit like that and still look horribly average.

Breakfast cereals (even whole bran), fruits, juices... It's all sugary, unhealthy bullshit.
Healthiest breakfast possible: Two eggs, bacon or sausage, couple of pieces of fruit with cottage cheese.
