I do cringe when he has to at least once say to a big star, "You guys come when you are on the way up and then ye are huge and we don't see you." It is really unfair to guilt trip people like that all the time and put them in an uncomfortable position. If they come on the show, great. If they don't come on the show, just move on. You got 4 hours a day of radio to fill, they are doing you a favor by coming on and killing some time.
