I actually think he said no. The qualifying word is HE. I think jimmy wanted and wants to go. I also think opie is too involved with his kids to do much of anything anymore. If it's more than 3-4 hours without them then he can't deal.
Go take some more pictures of sunsets and telling all us knuckle draggers how hard life is for you with two kids and a nanny to watch them.
