Imus Comedian Rule That Angered Jimmy?

I remember awhile back, maybe 2012 or so (I'm not exactly sure), Jimmy was going to appear on Imus' show, but his booker sent an email saying that Imus had recently had an unfunny comedian on the air and was enacting new rules for comedians. Basically they wanted Jimmy to promise to be funny or something along those lines. I don't think they ever said the name of the unfunny comedian on air, but O&A stated that the guy had also appeared on their show, and had sucked. Does anyone know who it was?

I think Imus wanted Jimmy to have prepared material. Or that Imus wanted to lead Jimmy in to his stand up bits so the show wouldn't be a conversation it would just be Jimmy's stand up. Something like that.

The new rule was no sucking off the host.

That's why Jimmy was angry.

The unfunny comic who got this rule instated was Joe DeRosa.
