I've always said "He is who he Hates". He is is mother, he is every wacky morning radio DJ, and now, he's a cable news anchor trying to make something out of nothing.
No one is mad, no one is yelling. These are just the current verbal clutches this "professional broadcaster" is hung up on. Just add them to the pile of lies he convinces himself that are true.
I've heard the opposite reaction. People remember Artie's last appearance, which was quite funny, and are excited to hear him. This will probably be the first full show I'll listen to since the last time Artie was on.
I wish he was like Ron Burgundy and just read tweets to him on air no matter what they said, "You've got fat tits and Bam plowed your wife's shithole."

Well it is legitimately. The majority of people he hears from fall in two categories: overzealous ass kisser or psycho hater, or at least that's how they act in their interactions. So he probably did get a lot of feedback from psycho Stern fans being all pissy.
