I bet that music in the video is what plays in his head whenever guests start talking about something he knows nothing about. Which is almost everything.
This has to be the work of those who recruited him. He wouldn't know enough about the Little Rascals to reference those clips, and even if he did, there's no way he'd be able to spell "Rascals" to find the clip.
I have to imagine that he approved of this (you know, as brand owner and all.) So, yeah.
He does those douchey things today that I did when I was 14 and still make me shudder when I think about them as a grown man.
I have always wondered how much it drives Opie insane that both Sam (interviewing people who are waiting in line for the new iPhone) and Anthony (cute kitten Beavis stealing Anthony's glasses off his head) created a viral video without even trying.
And in reality both Sam and Anthony were given no credit for their videos when they were picked up by mainstream news outlets (MSM made no mention of Sam when featuring his video. I want to say it was Buzzfeed that gave no credit to Anthony, but I'm not positive).
In other words, please stop embarrassing yourself with these inane attempts at becoming a household name. OpieRaqio is not a media destination no matter what upper management tells you.
The comments on Opie's videos are far more entertaining than anything the show's done lately.

Gregg probably has hours of video of Jim Jeffries, Louis C.K., Colin Quinn, Bill Burr, and most importantly Patrice O'Neal in studio delivering some of the best material of their careers, and instead of uploading full exclusive shows that all of the fans would love and appreciate, he's cobbling together hack video bits to accommodate his new "Opie Show" subsequently infuriating everyone even more. Good job, "Opster".

Don't reply. Don't downvote. Don't acknowledge that it exists. Just let it die the death that it deserves.
What utter fucking horseshit. Viral Spiral must be so disappointed.

"Little Rascals." Modern and topical.

He mentioned on the show when his "Dick Poop" video came out that he has people that put together and upload his videos for him.

Even the music-bed is enragingly hack. Did he search for "kooky funny silly music"? There's a "cuckoo" sound-effect in it, so it must be hilarious.

I think it's one of the iMovie defaults.

Is that footage royalty free or can we get him done for copyright?

Anthony had a video where he sent Windows Vista through a shredder and it got a few million views I think.

Yeah, but is it any more cringeworthy than when Bill Burr said that Patrice is "aces in my book"?
